다양한 속도의 트레드밀 보행 시 하지 시상면 운동학 : 핸드볼 선수와 비운동선수의 비교 연구
본 연구의 목적은 하지 시상면 운동학에서 스포츠 행동의 효과와 병행하여 보행 속도의 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 핸드볼 선수 10명(나이: 20.3±1.8세, 키: 179.65±4.7cm, 체중 79.37±3.7kg)과 10명의 비운동선수(나이: 22.8±1.2 세, 키: 175±3.2 cm, 체중 74.5 ±8.6kg)를 대상으로 하였다. 2km/hr, 4km/hr 및 6km/hr의 속도로 걷는 동안 발목, 무릎 및 엉덩이의 시상면 운동학적 특징을 분석하였다. 보행 속도와 스포츠 행동이 시상면에서 하지 각도 운동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 일원배치 반복측정 분산분석(one-way ANOVA with repeated measure)와 독립 표 본 t- 테스트를 각각 사용하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 하지 관절의 움직임은 속도의 증가에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였 다. 핸드볼 선수와 비운동선수를 비교한 결과, 4km/hr와 6km/hr의 보행에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났으나, 2km/hr에서는 유의미한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 이 연구 결과는 핸드볼 선수가 다양한 속도로 걷는 동안 비선수보다 관절 운동학이 더 유연하다는 시사한다고 판단된다.
Lower Limb Sagittal Plane Kinematics during Treadmill Walking at Different Speed : A Comparative Study between Handball Players and Non-athletes
The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of walking speed in parallel to the effect of sports behavior in the lower limb sagittal plane kinematics. This was accomplished by recruiting 20 asymptomatic subjects, ten handball players (Age: 20.3±1.8 years, Height: 179.65±4.7 cm, Weight 79.37 ±3.7kg) and ten non-athletes (Age: 22.8±1.2 years, Height: 175±3.2 cm, Weight 74.5 ±8.6kg) and analyzing sagittal plane kinematic features at the ankle, knee, and hip, during walking trials at 2km/hr, 4km/hr, and 6km/hr. One-way ANOVA with repeated measures and independent sample t-test were used respectively to identify how walking speed and sports behavior affect lower limb angular motion in the sagittal plane. Lower limb joint motion showed a significant difference with the increase in speed. A comparison of handball players and non-athletes shows significant differences during walking at 4 km/hr and 6 km/hr, whereas no significant differences were observed at 2 km/hr. This study's findings suggest that handball players have smoother joint kinematics than non-athletes while walking at varying speeds.
