대학축구선수들의 사회적지지, 역할갈등, 스트레스와의 구조적 관계
본 연구는 대학축구선수들의 사회적 지지, 역할 갈등, 스트레스의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 대학축구선 수 283명을 대상으로 편의표본 추출을 통해 사회적지지, 역할갈등, 스트레스 질문지를 설문하였다. 본 연구의 목적 달성 을 위해 PASW 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증 및 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 사회적지지는 역할갈등에 부 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지는 스트레스와 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할 갈등은 스트레스에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 역할갈등은 사회적지지와 스트레스와의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회적 지지, 역할 갈등, 스트레스와의 구조적 관계에 대한 다양한 논의가 제시되었으며, 역할갈등이 대학 축구선수의 사회적지지와 스트레스와의 관계에 영향을 미치는 매개변인임을 시 사한다. 학생선수의 진로에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 중요타자의 역할은 절대적인 지지에서 공감하는 지지자로 바뀌어야 한다. 또한, 학업과 운동을 병행하면서 다양한 진로를 탐색할 수 있는 교육지원체계 마련이 필요하다.
The Structural Relationship among Social Support, Role Conflict and Stress of College Soccer Players
The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relation among social support, role conflict and stress of university soccer athletes. 283 university soccer athletes were selected as participants by convenience sampling, and they were done in social support questionnaire, role conflict questionnaire, and stress questionnaire. For data analysis PASW 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. This results were as follows. Firstly, social support had significant negative relationship with role conflict . Secondly, social support had significant negative relationship with stress. Thirdly, role conflict had significant positive relationship with stress. Finally, it was found that role conflict was as a mediator in the relationship between social support and stress. Various discussions on the structural relationship between social support, role conflict and stress were presented and the results of the study imply that if role conflict is the mediation variable that affects the relationship between a university soccer athlete’social support and stress. The role of an important hitter, who has a decisive influence on the student athlete's career path, must be changed from an absolute indicator to an empathic supporter. In addition, it is necessary to prepare a support system that can explore various career paths while studying and exercising at the same time.
