The purpose of this study is to identify important factors and find out the resulting satisfaction levels through analysis of the determinants of game viewing in the wheelchair basketball league using the IPA technique, and to discuss improvement factors to continue attracting spectators in the future. The subject of the study was a survey of 140 visitors to the basketball stadium. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired samples t-test, and IPA analysis based on the average value of each factor. The research results are as follows. First, satisfaction was lower than importance in 17 factors excluding the cheering team's playing style, total game time, and free game viewing, showing a statistically significant difference. Second, the IPA analysis showed that seat comfort, game publicity, friendliness of game staff, and fan service factors needed urgent improvement. Third, as a result of analysis through the modified IPA, the essential requirements were convenience of stadium facilities, cleanliness of stadium facilities, friendliness of game staff, match against rival teams, and fan service factors. In order to increase the number of wheelchair basketball league viewers in the future, various promotions and events for the wheelchair basketball league should be prepared, and local-based volunteer operation is required. In addition, players will need to provide a variety of fan services, and KWBL will need to raise awareness of the importance of fan services and strive to expand fan services through player education.
