PBL 수업방식에 따른 교육서비스품질이 자기효능감 및 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 : 예체능계열 대학생들을 중심으로
연구의 목적은 예체능계열 대학생들에게 적용된 PBL 수업방식이 서비스품질, 자기효능감 및 전공만족도에 미치 는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구는 2022년 9월~12월까지 충청남도 당진에 소재한 S대학의 예체능계열 전공수업 중 PBL수업 방식에 참여한 경험이 있는 학생들을 대상으로 진행되었다. 설문조사는 2022년 12월 1일~15일까 지 실시하였으며, 설문 응답은 총 124명이 참여하였다. 이 설문조사는 온라인을 통해 배포하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0 과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하였다. 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질의 모든 요인이 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질의 모든 요인이 전공만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 자기효능감이 전공만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
The Influence of Educational Service Quality in Problem-Based Learningon Self-Efficacy and Major Satisfaction : A Focus on Arts and Physical Education College Students
The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of problem-based learning (PBL) methods applied to students in the arts and physical education departments on service quality, self-efficacy, and major satisfaction. This research was conducted with students who had experienced PBL in their major courses at S University, located in Dangjin, Chungcheongnam-do, from September to December 2022. The survey, undertaken from December 1 to 15, 2022, garnered responses from 124 students and was distributed via the online platform www.moaform.com. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 23.0 and AMOS version 23.0. The analysis methods included frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that all factors of educational service quality significantly influenced self-efficacy. Additionally, all factors of educational service quality had a significant impact on major satisfaction. Furthermore, self-efficacy was found to significantly affect major satisfaction.
