수강자가 지각한 생활스포츠지도사의 교습방법이 운동몰입과 구전의도 및 재등록의도에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 생활스포츠지도사의 교습방법이 수강자의 운동몰입과 구전의도 및 재등록의도에 미치는 영향을 검증 하는데 목적이 있다. 서울특별시와 강원특별자치도 내 체육시설에서 근무하고 있는 생활스포츠지도사에게 강습을 받는 20세 이상 성인을 모집단으로 총 200명의 표본을 편의표집방법을 이용하여 수집하였고, 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 20명의 자료를 제외한 총 180부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 연구목적에 따라 SPSS Version 21및 Amos Version 21 통계 프로그램 을 사용하여 빈도분석과 확인적 요인분석 그리고 신뢰도 분석 후 상관관계분석 마지막으로 구조방정식모델분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 수강자가 지각한 생활스포츠지도사의 교습방 법이 운동몰입에 통계적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수강자가 지각한 생활스포츠지도사의 교습방법 이 구전의도에 통계적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 수강자가 지각한 생활스포츠지도사의 교습 방법이 재등록의도에 통계적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of the Leisure Sport Instructor’s Teaching Method Perceived by Participants on Exercise Flow, Verbally Intention and Re-registration Intention
The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the leisure sport instructor’s teaching method perceived by participants on exercise flow, verbally intention and re-registration intention. 200 samples were collected by a convenience sampling method, which population of adults aged 20 or older who were taken lessons from leisure sport instructors at the sports facilities in Seoul and Gangwon. Among them, 180 samples were analysed and 20 samples were excluded as they were regarded as unreliable. According to the purpose of this study, those were analyzed by frequency, confirmatory factor, reliability, correlation and structural equating model analysis through SPSS Version 21 and SPSS Amos Version 21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. Firstly, leisure sport instructor’s teaching method perceived by participants had an influence on the exercise flow. Secondly, leisure sport instructor’s teaching method perceived by participants had an influence on the verbally intention. Finally, leisure sport instructor’s teaching method perceived by participants had an influence on the re-registration intention.
