팀종목 선수의 긍정심리자본과 성취목표성향간의 관계에서 마인드셋의 조절효과 검증
본 연구는 팀종목 선수의 긍정심리자본과 성취목표성향간의 관계에서 마인드셋의 조절효과를 검증하는데 목적 이 있으며 최종적으로 채택된 242명의 자료를 바탕으로 IBM SPSS Statistics 25 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 팀종목 선수의 긍정심리자본이 성취목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감, 낙 관주의, 희망이 과제목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 희망은 자아목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 팀종목 선수의 긍정심리자본과 성취목표성향의 관계에서 마인드셋에 의해 조절이 되는 것으로 나타났으며 긍정 심리자본의 회복탄력성과 마인드셋의 상호작용이 성취목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 팀종목 선수들 의 경기력 향상은 물론 팀의 발전과 승리에 대한 긍정적 기대를 제공함으로써 스포츠 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 실증적 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Examining the Moderating Effect of Mindset on the Relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and Achievement Goal Propensity of Team Athletes
The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of mindset in the relationship between positive psychological capital and achievement goal orientation of team sports athletes. Based on the data of the 242 people finally selected, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis were conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 statistical program, and the following results were obtained. First, the positive psychological capital of team sports athletes was found to have an effect on their achievement goal tendencies. Positive psychological capital's self-efficacy, optimism, and hope were found to influence task goal orientation and hope was found to influence ego Goal orientation. Second, the relationship between positive psychological capital and achievement goal orientation of team sports athletes was found to be controlled by mindset, and the interaction between resilience of positive psychological capital and mindset was found to affect achievement goal orientation. Based on these results, it will contribute to the improvement of the players' performance. In addition, it will be able to provide positive expectations for the development and victory of the team and provide empirical information to the sports field.
