중국 청소년 축구 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위 분석
본 연구는 중국 청소년 축구 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위 분석을 실시하게 되었다. 중국 청소년 축구 활성화는 조직관리, 인적관리, 재정관리, 시설관리, 대회관리로 구분하여 전문가 의견을 통해 분석한 중국 청소년 축구 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 청소년 축구 활성화를 위한 평가영역은 대회관리, 시설관리, 조직관리, 인적관리, 재정관리의 순으로 나타났 다. 둘째, 중국 청소년 축구 활성화를 위한 평가항목은 조직관리에서 부서 간 거버넌스 강화가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 인적관리는 정기적 지도자 강습이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 재정관리는 청소년 축구기금회 설립이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시설관리는 학교 축구장 확보가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 대회관리는 청소년 축구 경기시스템 구축이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 청소년 축구 활성화 요인 간 전체 우선순위를 분석한 결과 청소년 축구 경기시스템 구축이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 주말리그 장려, 과학적 축구전략 도입, 부서 간 거버넌스 강화, 인재 데이 터베이스 구축 등의 순으로 나타났다.
Analysis of Priority by Importance to Revitalize Youth Soccer in China
This study was conducted to analyze the importance priority for the promotion of youth football in China. The importance priority conclusions for the revitalization of Chinese youth football are analyzed through expert opinions, divided into organizational management, human management, financial management, facility management, and competition management. Firstly, the evaluation areas for promoting Chinese youth football were ranked in the following order: competition management, facilities management, organizational management, human resource management, and financial management. Secondly, the highest level of improvement in inter-departmental governance was identified as a key evaluation criterion for promoting youth football in China within organizational management. Regular leadership training sessions were found to be most prevalent in human resource management, while the establishment of youth soccer funds was most prominent in financial management. The prioritization of securing school soccer fields was observed within facility management, whereas establishing a youth soccer game system took precedence within competition management. Thirdly, an analysis of activation factors revealed that the highest priority for Chinese youth football is enhancing the youth soccer game system. This is followed by implementing weekend football leagues and encouraging scientific strategies as well as introducing cross-functional governance and strengthening talent databases.
