육상 선수의 성취목표성향이 자기관리에 미치는 영향 : 완벽추구성향과 불완벽에 대한 부정적 반응의 병렬매개효과 검증
본 연구의 목적은 육상 선수가 지각한 성취목표성향과 자기관리 관계에 있어 완벽주의 성향의 병렬적 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 대한육상연맹에 고등학교와 대학교 소속으로 등록된 육상선수 187명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에 설정한 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위해 성취목표성향, 완벽주의 성향, 자기관리 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도, 탐색적 요인, 확인적 요인, 신뢰도, Pearson 상관관계, 구조방정식모형, 붓스트 랩 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 과제목표성향과 자기관리 관계에서 완벽추구성향 은 정적 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 과제목표성향과 자기관리 관계에서 불완벽에 대한 부정적 반응 은 부적 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아목표설정과 자기관리 관계에서 완벽추구성향과 불완벽에 대한 부정적 반응 모두 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of the Relationship between Field and Track Athlete Achievement Goal Orientation on Self-management : Verification of Parallel Mediating Effect of Striving for Perfection and Negative Reactions to Imperfection
The purpose of this study is to verify the parallel mediating effect of perfectionism in the relationship between achievement goal orientation and self-management as perceived by student athletes. The subjects of the study were 187 track and field athletes registered with the Korea Association of Athletics Federations as high school and college athletes. To test the research hypotheses set in this study, achievement goal orientation, perfectionism tendency, and self-management questionnaires were used. The collected data were analyzed for frequency, exploratory factors, confirmatory factors, reliability, Pearson correlation, structural equation model, and bootstrap analysis using statistical programs. As a result, the following conclusions were reached. First, in the relationship between task goal orientation and self-management, the tendency to pursue perfection was found to have a positive partial mediating effect. on the other hand, in the relationship between task goal orientation and self-management, negative reactions to imperfection were found to have a negative partial mediating effect. Second, in the relationship between self-goal setting and self-management, neither the tendency to pursue perfection nor negative reactions to imperfection appeared to have a mediating effect.
