The This study was conducted for the purpose of providing basic data for improving the welfare of sports coach in the era of COVID-19. As for the research method, the conclusions of step-by-step Delphi surveys and in-depth interviews with field leaders for policy makers at sports policy research institutes, sports organizations, and institutions are as follows. First, there was a change in sales due to a sharp drop in the number of members, and it was found that the burden of fixed expenses was large in the phenomenon of a sharp drop in sales. Second, in the case of regular workers, there was no change in employment patterns, but due to the nature of sports events, there was a significant change in employment due to freelancers who were non-regular workers. Third, changes in the insurance and bonus system are compensated according to the type of employment, and most of them are non-regular workers and are not covered by the four major insurances, and there is no change in the bonus system. Fourth, as for difficulties in working conditions and conditions, additional work due to COVID-19 was increased, and there were difficulties in which allowances due to weighted work were not measured. In addition, there was an anxiety that could be closed at any time because the government's policy was inconsistent, and measures against unpaid leave were urgently needed. Fifth, the view of government policy was inconsistent and non-detailed government policies damaged sports coach in the sports facility industry, and it was found that sufficiently reviewed policies should be prepared in preparation for a third pandemic in the future.
