한국 무용수의 스트레스와 완벽주의성향 : 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석
본 연구는 무용수의 스트레스와 완벽주의성향의 관계에 관련된 선행연구들을 토대로 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분 석을 실시하여 상관효과크기를 분석하고자 하였다. 2000년부터 2023년 9월까지 출판된 1,039편의 관련 논문 중, 선정 기준에 따라 총 15편의 논문에서 183개의 효과크기를 산출했으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체‧평균효과크기 모두 .188이었으며, Egger의 회귀절편검증 결과, 출간오류가 존재하였고, 이에 2개의 가상연구를 추가하여 출간오류를 보정 하였다. 둘째, 스트레스의 하위그룹분석 결과, ‘안무-지도자(ES=.439)’, ‘대인관계2(ES=.383)’, ‘경쟁불안(ES=.359)’ 순이었다. 셋째, 완벽주의성향의 하위그룹분석 결과, ‘실수에 대한 염려2(ES=.479)’, ‘사회부과2(ES=.378)’, ‘개인적 기 준2(ES=.342)’순이었다. 또한 두 하위그룹분석 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 범주별 조절효과분석 결과, ‘대상연 령’ 범주는 유의한 차이를 보였으며, ‘출판유형’, ‘완벽주의성향 척도’ 범주는 차이가 없었다. 다섯째, 출판연도에 따른 메타회귀분석 결과, 설명력은 32.99%, 회귀모형은 적합하였고 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 도출된 결과 를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점, 제언 등을 논의하였다.
The Correlation between Stress and Perfectionism in Korean Dancers : A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
This study aimed to analyze the correlation effect size by conducting a meta-analysis related to the relationship between dancers' stress and perfectionism. 183 effect sizes were extracted from selected 15 papers, and the results are as follows. First, both the overall and average effect sizes were .188, and there was a publication error in Egger's test. therefore, two virtual studies were added to correct the publication error. Second, as a result of subgroup analysis of stress, 'choreography-coach (ES=.439)' had the largest effect size, followed by 'interpersonal relationship 2(ES=.383)' and 'competitive anxiety (ES=.359)'. Third, as a result of subgroup analysis of perfectionism, 'The worrying about the mistake 2(ES=.479)', 'Socially prescribed 2(ES=.378)', and 'personal standards 2(ES=.342)' were in order. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the 'dancer age’ category in the moderating effect analysis. Fifth, as a result of meta-regression analysis by publication year, the regression model was suitable, and the explanatory power was 32.99%, which had a significant positive (+) effect. Finally, based on the results, the implications and suggestions were discussed.
