대학태권도 시범단원의 감정부조화가 단원만족과 이탈의도에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 대학태권도 시범단원의 감정부조화가 단원만족과 이탈의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 편의표 본추출법을 활용하여 대학태권도 시범단원을 모집단으로 선정하고 구글(Google)에서 제공하는 설문지 URL을 배포하여 설문조사하였다. 439부의 유효표본을 SPSS 27.0 활용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 감정부조화 중 지도자감정부조화는 과제만족 에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 단원감정부조화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 감정부조화는 상호작용만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학태 권도 시범단원의 감정부조화 중 지도자감정부조화는 코칭만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 단원감정부조화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 감정부조화 중 지도자감정부조화는 이탈의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 단원감정부조화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
The Influence of Emotional Dissonance on Player Satisfaction and Dropout Intention of College Taekwondo Demonstration Players
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional dissonance on player satisfaction and dropout intention of college Taekwondo demonstration players. In order to accomplish this purpose, a total of 439 questionnaires were distributed through online and returned through mobile transmission. Data were analyzed with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 27.0 version. The following are the results of this study. First, emotional dissonance from the leader significantly influenced the task satisfaction. However, emotional dissonance from the member did not contribute to the task satisfaction. Second, emotional dissonance from the leader and the member significantly influenced the interaction satisfaction. Third, emotional dissonance from the leader significantly influenced the coaching satisfaction. However, emotional dissonance from the member did not contribute to the coaching satisfaction. Fourth, emotional dissonance from the leader significantly influenced the dropout intention. However, emotional dissonance from the member did not contribute to the dropout intention.
