전문대학 체육계열 학생의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과
본 연구는 전문대학 체육계열 학생의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향력을 검증하며, 셀프 리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 학습몰입이 간접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 분석하여 셀프리더십의 효과 를 살펴보는 것에 목적을 둔다. 이를 검증하기 위해 2023년 현재 경기, 인천, 강원 지역을 중심으로 전문대학 체육계열에 재학 중인 대학생 183명을 모집단으로 선정한 후 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분 석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 병행하여 다음과 같은 최종 연구 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전문대학 체육계열 학생의 셀프리더십은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 전문 대학 체육계열 학생의 셀프리더십은 학습몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 전문대학 체육계열 학생의 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 학습몰입은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of Self-Leadership on Career Preparation Behavior of Junior College Physical Education Major Students: The Mediating Effect of Learning Immersion
This study aims to verify the influence of self-leadership of students majoring in physical education at junior colleges on career preparation behavior and learning commitment, and to examine the effect of self-leadership by analyzing whether learning commitment can indirectly affect career preparation behavior. To verify this, 183 college students enrolled in the physical education major of junior colleges were selected and analyzed as the population as of 2023, mainly in Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Gangwon. As an analysis method, the following final research conclusions were drawn by using the SPSS 28.0 program in parallel with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel Test. First, the self-leadership of students majoring in physical education at junior colleges had a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Second, the self-leadership of students majoring in physical education at junior colleges had a significant impact on learning commitment. Third, learning commitment was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-leadership and career preparation behavior of junior college physical education students.
