코로나-19 이후 대학생들의 스포츠 활동 참여 동기가 사회관계회복과 생활만족에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 코로나-19 이후 대학생들이 겪게 되는 사회적반적인 변화와 그에 따른 사회관계 즉, 대인관계 단절에 대한 문제점과 그로 인한 대학생활에 대한 불만족으로 인한 학업중도포기 및 심리적 불안, 우울감 등에 대한 해결방안을 찾아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권 5개 대학 500명의 대학생을 대상으로 스포츠활동참여 동기가 사회관계회복과 생활만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학생들의 스포츠활동참여동기 는 사회관계회복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생들의 스포츠활동참여동기는 대학생활 전반적 인 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생들의 사회관계회복은 대학생활만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 코로나-19로 인해 대학생들은 단절된 사회관계를 회복을 위해 스포츠활동참여와 스포츠활동 참여기에 따라 사회관계회복의 정도가 긍정적으로 바뀔 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결과 대학생활의 전반적인 만족도가 높아지며, 사회적 거리두기, 단체 활동금지 등으로 정상적인 대학생활을 영위하지 못했던 대학생들이 스포츠활동을 매개 로 사회관계를 회복하고 보다 능동적으로 대학생활에 적응하고 발전해 나갈 수 있는 역할을 기대한다.
The Effects of College Student’s to Participate in Sports Activities after COVID-19 on Social Relations Recovery and Life Satisfaction
