해양레저스포츠 종사자의 직업만족 및 직무만족이 직업불안정성 지각에 미치는 영향
본 연구의 목적은 해양레저스포츠 종사자의 직업만족 및 직무만족이 직업불안정성 지각에 미치는 영향을 분석하 는 것이다. 이를 위해 2023년 5월부터 6월까지 전남지역 생활체육 해양레저스포츠 종사자를 대상으로 편의표본추출을 통해 191명을 설문조사하였다. 수집된 데이터는 다중 회귀 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 해양레저스포츠 종사자의 직업만족이 직업불안정성에 미치는 영향 관계를 보면, 보수는 직무불안과 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 적성은 직무불안 및 개인불안과 부적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해양레저스포츠 종사 자의 직무만족이 직업불안정성에 미치는 영향관계를 보면, 동료관계는 직업불안과 부적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 근무조건 및 직무내용은 직무불안과 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of Job and Job Satisfaction On Job Instability Perception of Marine Leisure Sports Workers
This study has the purpose of analyzing the effects of job and job satisfaction on job instability perception of marine leisure sports workers. For this purpose, 191 marine leisure sports workers were selected as subjects of the study by convenience sampling from the marine leisure sports schools in CN region of sports for all during may through June in 2023. Collected data were put to multiple regression analysis which in turn led to the following conclusion: First, concerning the effects of occupation satisfaction upon job insecurity; the payment had a significant positive influence on job instability. and the aptitude had a significant negative influence on job instability and personal uncertainty. Second, concerning the effects of job satisfaction upon job insecurity; the co-worker relationship had a significant negative influence on occupational insecurity. and the working conditions and job performance had a significant positive influence on job instability.
