골프 유튜브 정보품질과 기대일치, 행동의도의 관계
이 연구는 골프 유튜브 정보품질과 기대일치, 행동의도의 관계를 규명하여 골프관여도가 높은 골프 유튜브시청자 들이 추구하고 원하는 품질이 무엇인지 파악하고 이를 개선하여 골프 유튜브의 지속가능성과 활용도를 높일 수 있는 방안 을 마련하는데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2023년 9월에서 10월 두달간 서울 경기지 역 골프연습장을 방문하여 이용객 중 골프 유튜브를 시청한다고 응답한 골프참여자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하여다. 배포된 300부의 설문지 중 287부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 골프유튜브의 정보품질 요인 중 유용 성은 기대일치에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 최신성과 상호작용성은 기대일치에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프유튜브의 정보품질 요인 중 유용성은 행동의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 최신성과 상호작용성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프유튜브에 대한 기대일치는 행동의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Relationship among Golf YouTube Information Quality, Expectations Consistent, and Behavioral Intentions
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf YouTube information quality, expectation match, and behavioral intention to provide basic data to help golf YouTube viewers with high golf involvement to identify what quality they seek and want, and to improve them to improve the sustainability and utilization of golf YouTube. To this end, a survey was conducted on 300 golf participants who visited golf practice fields in Seoul's Gyeonggi area for two months from September to October 2023 and responded that they would watch golf YouTube. Of the 300 questionnaires distributed, 287 were used for the final analysis. As a result, First, among the information quality factors of golf YouTube, usefulness was found to have a positive effect on expectation agreement, but up-to-date and interactivity did not affect expectation agreement. Second, among the information quality factors of golf YouTube, usefulness was found to have a positive effect on behavioral intentions, but up-to-date and interactivity were found to have no effect. Third, it was found that the consensus of expectations for golf YouTube had a positive effect on behavioral intentions.
