The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of perceived martial arts gymnasium instructer's emotional leadership on job tenure and job exhaustion and is to provide a basis for establishing effective methods to be used in the operation of the martial arts gymnasium. For the purpose of this study, 164 samples were sampled from July to September, 2017 in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. The methods of data analysis were including multiple regression analysis by means of SPSS win 22.0. Following conclusions could be drawn from the analyses : First, emotional leadership of the supervisor perceived by the martial arts gymnasium had a positive effect on job tenure. Second, emotional leadership of supervisor perceived by masters of gymnasium had a positive effect on job commitment. This study empirically confirmed that emotional leadership has a positive effect on achievement of organizational goals by affecting enthusiasm and commitment. Therefore, it can be said that a leader of a service organization needs a emotional organizational management strategy in practical level so that the emotional resources can be used to lead the inner actions of the members and to achieve a continuous sense of unity with the members.
