마사지 요법이 조산아 경화부종 치료에 미치는 효과
이 연구는 마사지요법이 조산아의 경화부종 치료에 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 모색하고 간호를 강화하여 조산아 경화부종 회복을 촉진하여 생존율을 제고하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 2013년 10월부터 2016년 10월까 지 서울 S병원 신생아 집중치료실에서 간호를 받았던 90명의 조산아를 임의로 관찰군과 비교군으로 나누고 관찰군은 일반적인 간호를 기초로 화상습윤고를 바르고 부분마사지를 보조적으로 시행하여 두 개군 환아(어린 환자)의 치료효과 를 비교 분석하였다. 이 중 관찰군은 50명, 비교군은 40이었다. 분석결과 관찰군의 총유효율은 96%였으며 비교군은 84%였다. 이 연구에서 두 개군의 차이 분석은 통계적으로 의미가 있었으며 연구결과 보조적으로 화상습윤고를 사용하 여 부분 마사지를 시행하면 조산아 경화부종에 대한 예후를 개선할 수 있고 치유율을 높일 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.
Effects of Massage Therapy on Scleredema of Preterm Infants
The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of massage therapy on the treatment of scleredema in preterm infants and to enhance the survival rate by promoting the recovery of scleredema among preterm infants. In the study, 90 preterm infants who received nursing care at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Seoul S Hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation and control groups. The abdomen ointment and partial massage were provided to the treatment group, aside from general nursing care, while gentle massage and rubbing were performed to the control group. Then, the effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. There were 50 infants in the treatment group and 40 infants in the control group. According to analysis, the overall effective ratio of the treatment group was 96% and that of the control group was 84%. This meant that the analytical difference between the two groups was statistically significant. It concluded that partial massage with subsequent application of abdomen ointment can improve the prognosis and healing rate of scleredema among preterm infants.
