대학태권도 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX), 지도자 신뢰 및 지각된 경기력의 관계
본 연구의 목적은 대학 태권도선수를 대상으로 지도자-선수 교환관계가 지도자 신뢰 및 지각된 경기력에 미치는 영향과 지도자-선수 교환관계와 지각된 경기력의 관계에 있어 지도자 신뢰의 매개효과를 규명하는 데 있었다. 본 연구의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울과 경기지역에 위치한 4개 대학의 겨루기 태권도선수를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였 다. 총 150부의 설문이 배포 및 회수되었으며, 문항의 일괄처리 혹은 무응답 처리로 인해 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단된 7부의 응답을 제외한 143부(95.3%)가 통계분석을 위해 최종적으로 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSSWIN 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 상관관계분석을 실행하였다. 연구가설 검증을 위한 구조방 정식모형(structural equation model: SEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학 태권도선수가 인식하는 지도자-선수 교환관계는 지도자 신뢰와 지각된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 지도자- 선수 교환관계와 지각된 경기력의 관계에 있어 지도자 신뢰는 부분적 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 대학 태권도선수가 높은 지도자-선수 교환관계를 인식할수록 지도자에 대한 높은 신뢰를 형성할 뿐만 아니라 자신의 경 기력에 대해 높이 평가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 또한, 대학 태권도선수가 지도자-선수 교환관계의 수준을 높게 인식할수록 지도자에 대한 신뢰는 높아지고, 이러한 지도자 신뢰는 궁극적으로 선수의 경기력 지각수준을 제고하는 것으로 나타났다.
Relationships among University Taekwondo Leader-Athlete Exchange (LMX), Leader Trust and Perceived Performance
This study purported to examine the effects of collegiate Taekwondo athletes' perceived coach-athlete exchange on leader trust and athletic performance perception and the mediating effects of leader trust on the relationship between coach-athlete exchange. A survey was conducted to Kyorugi Taekwondo athletes from four universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. Of a total of 150 questionnaires distributed, 143 responses (95.3%) were used for statistical analysis after excluding 7 responses with excessive missing data. Using SPSSWIN 23.0 and AMOS 23.0, various analyses were performed, including frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The study's findings are as follows: First, university Taekwondo players who perceived a positive leader-athlete exchange relationship reported higher levels of leader trust and perceived performance. Moreover, trust in the coaches partially mediated the relationship between the leader-athlete exchange relationship perceived by university Taekwondo players and their perceived performance.
