스포츠센터 교육서비스품질이 운동지속의사와 재등록의사에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 스포츠센터 교육서비스품질이 운동지속의사와 재등록의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었 다. 이를 위해 서울, 울산, 전북 지역의 스포츠센터 회원을 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 최종 분석에는 총 201명의 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구목적에 따라 통계프로그램 SPSS 22와 AMOS 22를 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 첫째, 교육서비스품질의 강사자질과 수강 료는 운동지속의사에 정(+)적 영향을, 교육서비스품질의 외적 서비스는 운동지속의사에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질의 강사자질과 수강료는 재등록의사에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of the Educational Service Quality at Sport Center on Exercise Adherence and Re-registration Intention
This research aimed to analyze the Effect of educational service quality at sports centers on exercise adherence and re-enrollment intention. To achieve this, a convenience sampling method was used to extract a sample from members of sports centers in Seoul, Ulsan, and Jeonbuk regions. A total of 201 data were utilized in the final analysis, and, in accordance with the research objectives, statistical software programs SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 were used to conduct frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results revealed the following, First, the instructor's qualifications and tuition fees of educational service quality had a positive (+) influence on exercise adherence, while external services of educational service quality had a negative (-) influence on exercise adherence. Second, the instructor's qualifications and tuition fees of educational service quality had a positive (+) influence on re-enrollment intention.
