공공체육시설의 ESG경영활동이 이용자의 신뢰와 지지행동에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 국내 공공체육시설의 ESG(환경, 사회책임. 투명)경영활동이 이용자의 신뢰와 지지행동에 어떠한 영향 을 미치는가를 검증하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 수행하기 위해 광역시 소재 공공체육시설 이용자 353명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 그 결과를 SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0을 활용, 통계 처리하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 공공체육시설의 환경경영 활동은 이용자의 신뢰와 지지행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 공공 체육시설의 사회책임 경영활동은 이용자의 신뢰와 지지행동의 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공공체육시설의 투명경영 활동은 이용자의 신뢰와 지지행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 이용자의 신뢰는 지지행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회책임 및 투명경영 활동을 매개하여 지지행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과, 공공체육시설이 이용자의 신뢰와 지지행동을 얻기 위해서는 지속적인 ESG경영활동의 수행이 필요하며, 특히, 상대적으로 환경경영활동 에 대한 노력과 투자가 요청된다. 또한 향후 공공체육시설은 진정성 있는 ESG경영을 통해 이용자와 지역주민의 지속적인 신뢰를 유지하는 데에 노력을 해야 할 것이다.
The Effects of ESG Management in Public Sport Facilities on Users’ Trust and Supportive Behavior
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of ESG activities on users’ trust and supportive behavior in public sport facility. To achieve this purpose, total survey data of 353 current users of public sport facility in a metropolitan city, were used for verifying proposed hypotheses. The data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0 program for the goodness fit a model and structural equation model. The results of study were as follows. First, environmental management was found to have no significant effect on trust and supportive behavior. Second, social management was found to have a significant effect on trust and supportive behavior. Third, transparency management was found to have a significant effect on trust and supportive behavior. Finally, trust effect on supportive behavior, also by mediating social and transparent management. In conclusion, public sport facilities were strongly recommended to develop ESG management, and specially, strengthen environmental management to get users’trust and supportive behavior.
