중국 대학 스키 지도자의 자율성지지 행동과 학습자의 운동 열정 및 지속적 참여의도의 구조적 관계
본 연구는 대학 스키 지도자의 자율성지지 행동과 학습자의 운동 열정 및 지속적 참여의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하 고 운동 열정의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 자율성 지지, 운동 열정과 지속적 참여의도를 통해 스키 수업에 참여했 던 중국 대학생 323명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 다중회귀분석은 SPSS 23.0 을 이용하여 진행하였으며, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석은 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자의 자율성지지 행동이 학습자의 지속적 참여의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도자의 자율성지지 행동이 학습자의 운동 열정에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동 열정이 지속 적 참여의도에 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 마지막으로 구조방정식 모형에서 운동 열정의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 결론 적으로 대학 스키 지도자의 자율성지지 행동은 학습자의 지속적 참여의도에 직접적인 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 운동 열정을 통해 지속적 참여의도에 간접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다.
The Structural Relationship between Ski Teachers' Autonomous Support Behaviors and Learners' Exercise Passion and Adherence Intention in Chinese Universities
The purpose of this research was to find out the structural relationship between university ski teachers' autonomous support behaviors and learners' exercise passion and adherence intention, and to verify the mediating effect of exercise passion. The autonomy support, exercise passion, adherence intention was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 323 Chinese university students who had participated in skiing lessons. SPSS 23.0 was used for reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, AMOS 23.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results show that: 1) Teachers' autonomous support behaviors has a positive impact on learners' adherence intention. 2) Teachers' autonomous support behaviors has a positive impact on learners' exercise passion. 3) The exercise passion has a significant results on the adherence intention. 4) The partial mediating effect of exercise passion in the structural equation model is verified. Therefore, university ski teachers' autonomous support behaviors can not only directly affect learners' adherence intention, but also indirectly affect learners' adherence intention through exercise passion.
