코로나19 상황에 따른 피트니스센터 종사자들의 피로심리, 직무만족, 고객지향 영역초월행동에 미치는 영향
이 연구는 코로나19 상황에 따른 피트니스센터 종사자들의 피로심리 정도를 파악하고 직무만족 및 고객지향 영역 초월행동과의 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 통해 코로나19 상황 이후 피트니스 센터의 경영회복을 위한 내부조직관리의 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울·경기 지역에 소재하고 피트니스클럽 20·30대 종사자를 대상 312명을 대상으로 Google온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사도구는 설문지이며, 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 피트니스센터 종사자들의 피로심리의 모든 요인이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 피트니스센터 종사자들 의 피로심리의 모든 요인이 고객지향 영역초월행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 피트니스센터 종사자들의 직무만족이 고객지향 영역초월행동의 모든 요인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 ,정부와 체육정책 관계자들은 방역과 피트니스 센터 운영 사이에서 상호보완방안을 모색한 정책사항을 고려해야하며, 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 이를 극복해야 할 것이다.
The Effect of Fitness Center Workers on Fatigue Psychology, Job Satisfaction, and Customer Oriented Boundary Spanning Behavior in the COVID-19
This study aims to verify the relationship between fatigue psychology, job satisfaction, and customer-oriented spanning behavior of fitness center workers in the COVID-19 situation. The purpose of this is to provide basic data for recovering the management of fitness centers after the COVID-19 situation. The study subjects were located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and 312 people in their 20s and 30s of fitness clubs were selected, and all surveys were conducted by Google Online Survey. The survey tool was a questionnaire, and for data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The result of this study as follows: first, Fitness Center Worker's fatigue psychology was had a negative effect on job satisfaction. Second, Center Worker's fatigue psychology was had a negative effect on customer-oriented spanning behavior. Third, Center Worker's job satisfaction was had a positive effect on customer-oriented spanning behavior.
