This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between organizational fairness, job satisfaction, and boundary spanning behavior of members of the integrated sports council, and is to empirically analyze the relationship of the organizational performance after the integration of the Korean Sport & Olympic Association and the Korea Council of Sport for All. Therefore, in order to achieve the research objectives, 210 questionnaires were obtained from individuals working at the city and county sports associations in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do city and county sports associations, and a total of 205 were used for further analysis. Structural equation model analysis was conducted to derive the research results with the obtained data, and the following research conclusions were obtained through this. First, it was found that the two dimensions of organizational fairness perceived by members of the integrated sports council, distribution fairness and procedural fairness, had an effect on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that job satisfaction perceived by members of the integrated sports council had an effect on the three dimensions of transcendental behavior: external representative behavior, internal representative behavior, and service performance behavior.
