축구지도자의 전문성 구성요인 및 형성과정에 관한 연구
본 연구는 축구지도자의 전문성 구성요인 및 형성과정을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 축구지도자 상위 레벨인 AFC A급, P급 자격을 취득한 지도자 200명을 대상으로 개방형 설문지를 배포하였고 178부를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 축구전문가 7인의 심층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였고 귀납적 범주 분석을 통하여 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 축구지도자의 전문성 구성요인을 탐색 하였고 총 78개의 개념이 발견되었다. 이렇게 나타난 개념을 비슷한 것끼리 묶어 5개의 상위범주와 17개 의 하위범주를 도출하였다. 구체적으로 상위범주는 경기기술 능력(33%), 지식기술 능력(26%), 대인관계 능력 (15.3%), 태도 능력(14.4%), 의사결정 능력(11.3%)순으로 나타났다. 그리고 하위범주는 리더십(12.1%), 전술력 (12%), 정보력(10.8%), 분석력(10.2%), 코칭력(10%)순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 축구지도자의 전문성 형성과정을 탐색 하였고 총 22개의 개념이 발견되었다. 이렇게 나타난 개념을 비슷한 것끼리 묶어 2개의 상위범주와 4개의 하위범주 를 도출하였다. 구체적으로 상위범주는 자기 개발연구(51.2%), 경기기술 능력 향상연구(48.8%)순으로 나타났다. 그리 고 하위범주는 교육연수(31.8%), 정보력(26.6%), 분석력(22.2%), 학문적 연구(19.4%)순으로 나타났다.
A Study on the Structuring Factor of Expertise and the Formation Process of Soccer Instructors
The purpose of this study is to examine the structuring factor of expertise and formation process of soccer instructors. To accomplish the purpose of the study, 178 out of 200 instructors who have AFC A license and AFC P license and are subjected to open-ended questionnaire are used for final data analysis excluding poor and insufficient answers. 7 experts are subjected to in-depth interview and the results are as follows based on inductive categorization analysis. First 78 subjects are identified through examination on structuring factor of expertise of soccer instructors grouping of 5 superordinate categories with 17 subcategories. 5 superordinate categories include game technique(33%), knowledge capability(26%), interpersonal relationship(15.3%), attitude(14.4%), and decision making(11.3%) in order. 17 subcategories include leadership(12.1%), tactical skill(12%), informativeness capability(10.8%), analytical skill(10.2%), and coaching skill(10%)in order. Second, 22 subjects are identified through examination on formation process of soccer instructors grouping of 2 superordinate categories with 4 subcategories. 2 superordinate categories include study for selfdevelopment( 51.2%) and study for improvement of technique(48.8%) while 4 subcategories include educational training(31.8%), informativeness capability(26.6%), analytical ability(22.2%), and scholarly study(19.4%) in order.
