대학 스포츠선수의 지도자신뢰, 선수만족, 지식공유, 혁신행동 간의 구조적 관계
본 연구의 목적은 대학 스포츠선수가 지각하는 지도자신뢰, 선수만족, 지식공유, 혁신행동 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구는 국내대학교에서 스포츠선수로 재학 중인 학생을 모집단으로 선정하였고 비확률 표본추출법의 한 방법인 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 연구의 표본을 추출하였다. 총 295명을 대상으 로 여섯 곳의 대학교를 직접 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 회수된 설문지 중 부적절한 응답이라고 판단되는 11부를 제외한 284부를 유효 표본으로 설정하고 최종 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 25.0 version을 활용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고 AMOS 25.0 version을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조 방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 스포츠선수의 지도자신뢰는 선수만족에 정(+) 적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 스포츠선수의 지도자신뢰는 지식공유에 정(+)적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 스포츠선수의 지도자신뢰는 혁신행동에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 스포츠선수의 선수만족은 혁신행동에 정(+)적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학 스포츠선수의 지식공 유는 혁신행동에 정(+)적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Structural Relationship among Coach Trust, Athlete Satisfaction, Knowledge Sharing, and Innovative Behavior Toward College Athletes
The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among coach trust, athlete satisfaction, knowledge sharing, and innovative behavior toward college athletes. In order to accomplish the purpose, total 295 questionnaires were distributed to the college athletes at six universities with use of a convenient sampling method. Among them, eleven questionnaires were discarded due to inapplicable responses. There were 284 usable questionnaires. Data were analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS Statistics 25.0 version and then confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using AMOS 25.0 version. The results of this study were as follows. First, coach trust of college athletes positively contributed to athlete satisfaction. Second, coach trust of college athletes positively contributed to knowledge sharing. Third, coach trust of college athletes did not have an influence on innovative behavior. Fourth, athlete satisfaction had a positive influence on innovative behavior. Last, knowledge behavior had a positive influence on innovative behavior.
