고등학교 축구지도자의 서번트 리더십과 임파워먼트 및 선수만족도의 관계
본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 축구 지도자의 서번트 리더십, 선수 임파워먼트, 선수만족도 간의 관계를 검증하는데 있다. 편의표집방법을 이용하여 전라북도 지역의 158명의 고등학교 축구 선수들을 표본으로 추출하여 설문을 실시하고 그 결과를 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 임파워먼트에 의미있는 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 지도자의 서번트 리더십은 선수만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 임파워먼트는 선수만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 고등학교 축구지도자의 서번트 리더 십, 선수 임파워먼트, 선수만족도 간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 고등학교 축구선수 지도자들의 선수 지도에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 의미가 있다.
The Relationship between High School Coach's Servant Leadership, Empowerment, and Athlete Satisfaction
This study was to investigate the relationship among high school coach's servant leadership, empowerment, and athlete satisfaction. A survey was accomplished to a convenience sample of 158 students in high schools in Jeollabuk-do Province. Descriptive statistics, correlations, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The major findings were first, servant leadership had a significant effect on the empowerment of soccer athletes, second, servant leadership had a significant effect on the level of satisfaction of soccer athletes, and third, empowerment had a significant effect on the level of satisfaction of soccer athletes.
