This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of social support perceived by Taekwondo demonstration teams on their group efficacy. To achieve the aim, a survey was conducted for with team members who are engaged in Taekwondo demonstration teams in high schools and universities. Of the collected questionnaires, a total of 377 questionnaires were used in the final analysis after excluding the questionnaires that were judged to be unsuitable for the study. Data from the questionnaires were statistically processed using SPSS 21.0, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The following results were obtained. First, among types of social support perceived by Taekwondo demonstration teams, emotional support showed positive correlation with trust in leadership and sufficient training. Informational support was positively correlated with team history and effective communication. Appraisal support and instrumental support were positively correlated with team history, effective communication, trust in leadership, and sufficient training. Second, among types of social support perceived by Taekwondo demonstration team, appraisal support and informational support had positive influence on team history. Informational support had positive influence on effective communication, while emotional support had positive influence on trust in leadership and sufficient training.
