앰부시 마케팅을 대처하는 기업의 위기커뮤니케이션 전략과 브랜드 태도 및 SNS구전의도와의 관계
본 연구는 앰부시 마케팅을 대처하는 위기커뮤니케이션 전략이 브랜드 태도와 SNS구전의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 총 260부의 설문자료가 분석에 사용되었으며 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해 탐색 적 요인분석과 Cronbach’s α값을 구하였다, 또한 변인 간의 인과관계를 확인하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 위기커뮤니케이션 전략은 브랜드 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개선행위는 신뢰도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정당화는 신뢰도와 선호도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위기커뮤니케이션 전략은 SNS구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개선행위와 정당화는 SNS구전의도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 브랜드 태도는 SNS구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰도와 선호도는 SNS구전의도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 구전은 SNS구전의도에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Relationship Between Crisis Communication Strategy, Brand Attitude, and SNS Word of Mouth Intention to Cope with Ambush Marketing
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of crisis communication strategy on brand attitude and SNS intention to cope with Ambush marketing. A total of 260 questionnaires were used for the analysis, and exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach’s α were obtained to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. In addition, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to confirm the causal relationship among the variables. First, the crisis communication strategy had a significant effect on brand attitude. Remedial action was found to have a significant positive effect on reliability. Justification was found to have a significant positive effect on confidence and preference. Second, crisis communication strategy was found to have a significant effect on SNS intention. Improvement actions and justifications were found to have a significant effect on SNS word of mouth intention. Third, brand attitude had a significant effect on SNS word of mouth intention. Reliability and preference had a positive effect on SNS word of mouth intention. Negative word of mouth had a negative effect on SNS word of mouth intention.
