시각단서 모델링영상을 활용한 관찰학습이 초보자의 펜싱학습에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 영상 분석을 통해 시각서 모델링 영상(지점-불빛 기법)을 활용한 관찰학습이 펜싱 초보자의 운동학습 에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 펜싱 경험이 없는 초보자 대학생 27명을 모집하여 시각단서 모델링집단(n=9), 숙련자 모델링집단(n=9), 통제집단(n=9)의 세 집단으로 무작위 배정하였으며, 학습단계는 사전 준비단계, 습득단계, 파지검사 단계로 구분하여 실험을 진행하였다. 학습 단계별 피험자의 수행 영상을 촬영하여 3명의 펜싱 전문가(현직 코치 2명, 경력 10년 이상의 선수1명)가 수행 점수와 동작별(준비 자세, 앞으로 가기, 뒤로 가기, 팡트, 앙 가르드 앙 아리에르) 점수를 평가하였다. 연구결과, 시각단서 모델링 집단이 습득단계, 파지검사 단계에서 다른 집단에 비해 유의하게 높은 수행 점수를 기록하였다. 각 단계 동작별 평가점수에서도 시각단서 모델링 집단이 파지검사단계에서 유의하게 높은 평가 점수를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 관찰학습 중 시각단서를 제공하는 것이 초보자의 빠르고 정확한 펜싱 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.
The Effect of Observational Learning Using Modeling Video with Visual Cues on the Novices Fencing Learning
The purpose of this research was to investigate the learning effect of observational learning through video analyzed modeling video(point-light technique) with visual cues when fencing novices practice basic movement. 27 university students of fencing novices were recruited and randomly assigned to visual cued modeling(n=9), expert modeling(n=9), control group(n=9). Learning stages were divided into post preparation, learning and retention test. During each learning stage, 3 fencing experts(2 coaches, 1 player with more than 10 years’experience) evaluated subjects’ performance(En Garde, La Marche, Rompre, Fente, En Garde En Arriere) by video. The results revealed that the visual cued modeling group got significantly higher performance scores in the learning stage and retention test than the other two groups. The performance score of each movement also revealed the same outcomes. These results suggest that offering visual cues during observational learning could have a positive impact on the training of the fast and accurate novices of fencing movement.
