중년여성의 사회적 체형불안이 신체적 자기효능감 및 심리적 행복감의 관계
본 연구는 중년여성의 사회적 체형불안이 신체적 자기 효능감, 심리적 행복감의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해서 서울⋅경기 지역의 중년여성을 모집단으로 편의추출법을 사용하여 230명을 최종 연구 자료로 사용 하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 표집대상을 빈도분석, 설문지의 타당성 분석 및 신뢰도 검사, 변인의 상관 관계분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 중년여성의 사회 적 체형불안은 신체적 자기효능감에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 체형불안의 부정적 체형평가에 서는 신체능력 효능감, 자기표현 효능감에서 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년여성의 사회적 체형불 안은 심리적 행복감에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 체형불안의 신체적 만족표현에서 유의감, 몰입감, 자아 실현감에서 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부정적 체형평가에서는 몰입감, 쾌락적 즐거움에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중년여성의 신체적 자기효능감은 심리적 행복감에 부분적으 로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 신체적 자기효능감에서 신체능력 효능감은 몰입감, 자아 실현감, 자기표 현 효능감은 유능감, 몰입감, 쾌락적 즐거움, 자아 실현감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Relationship among Physical Self-efficacy and Psychological Happiness for Middle-aged Women’s Social Physique Anxiety
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between physical self-efficacy and psychological well-being of middle-aged women. For this purpose, the middle-aged women in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as the population, and 230 persons were used as the final research data using the conventional extraction method. In this study, frequency analysis, questionnaire validity and reliability test, correlation analysis of variables, and multiple regression analysis were performed on SPSS 24.0. The following conclusions were drawn. First, the negative body shape anxiety of middle-aged women showed negative effects on physical self-efficacy. Second, the physical satisfaction expression of middle-aged women was found to have a positive effect on significance, immersion, and self-realization, and negative body evaluation had a negative effect on immersion and pleasure. appear. Third, middle-aged women's physical ability efficacy had a positive effect on immersion, self-realization, and self-expression efficacy on psychological well-being.
