레크리에이션 지도자들의 완벽주의 성향이 몰입 및 사회적 태도에 미치는 영향
이 연구는 레크리에이션 지도자들의 완벽주의 성향이 몰입 및 사회적 태도에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 레크리 에이션 지도자들의 심리적 가치발달 및 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2020년 현재 강원도 영동지역에 소재하고 있는 대학, 문화센터, 사설 레크리에이션 업체에 소속되어 있는 레크리에이션 지도자 자격증 소지자(3급 이상)들을 모집단으로 선정하였고 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 197명의 자료를 실제 분석에 이용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 이용하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여, 기술분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였으며, 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 레크리에이션 지도자들의 완벽주의 성향은 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 레크리에이션 지도자들의 완벽주의 성향은 사회적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Influence of Perfectionism Tendency on Flow and Social Attitude of Recreation Leaders'
The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for psychological value development and revitalization of recreational leaders by identifying the influence of recreational leaders' perfectionism on immersion and social attitudes. The subjects of the study were selected as a population of recreational leader certificate (3rd grade or higher) belonging to university, cultural center, and private recreation company currently located in Yeongdong, Gangwon-do in 2020. Was used in the actual analysis. Questionnaire was used as a survey tool, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0, using technical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, the perfectionism of recreational leaders influenced the commitment. Second, perfectionism of recreational leaders influenced social attitudes.
