생활체육 유도수련의 열정이 운동지속 의사와 생활만족에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 생활체육 유도 수련의 열정이 운동지속 의사와 생활 만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 유도수련의 열정이 정신적, 신체적, 사회적 건강을 증진시켜 개인의 긍정적 변화를 알 수 있게 하는 기초자료를 제공 하는데 목적이 있다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 열정의 차이는 남성이 여성보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 열정의 차이는 30대가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 수련기간 및 빈도에 따른 열정의 차이는 기간이 길수록 또는 빈도가 높을수록 열정이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 열정, 운동지속의사 및 만족도의 상계분석에서는 변인들 간의 상계수가 다소 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 열정은 운동지속의사에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 유도수련자의 열정이 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 건강유지와 가치 있는 사회생활을 하기 위해 유도수련을 통한 생활 만족도를 높여 수련의 지속의사가 증가될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이며, 수련의 재미를 추구하는 참가자의 의사를 뒷받침할 수 있는 다양하고 흥미로운 프로그램이 구성되어 한다. 더욱이 생활체육으로서의 유도수련을 통해 삶의 질이 향상되고 건강 유지 및 증진에 기여하기 위한 지도자의 적극적인 관심이 요구된다고 사료된다.
The Effects of the Exercise Continuance Intension and Life Satisfaction on the Sports Passion of Judo Participants of Sports for All
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence on exercise intention and life satisfaction according to Judo training's passion, and to provide a basic data for enhancement such as psychological, physical, Social Health from Judo training. Results as follow, First, men was higher passion than women on passion Second, thirty was highest than others on passion. Third, passion difference according to training intention and frequency was that high passion as long as intention. Forth, there was high Correlation between exercise intention and life satisfaction Fifth, passion was positive effect to exercise intention. Sixth, judo player's passion was positive effect to satisfaction. These results were mean that should be enhance a satisfaction from judo training for health and worthy society life. Also, there is made up interest program support to participant inclination. Furthermore, judo training reader should have active attention to contribute a keeping health and improvement a quality of life according to Judo training as Sportfor all.
