IPA기법을 활용한 어린이스포츠센터 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도에 관한 연구
본 연구는 IPA기법을 활용하여 어린이스포츠센터 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 만족도를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 어린이스포츠센터 회원의 학부모를 모집단으로 선정하였고 편의표본추출을 이용하 여 총 460명을 대상으로 두 곳의 어린이스포츠센터를 직접 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 423부가 회수되었다. 회수 된 설문지 중 부적절한 설문지 59부를 제외한 364부를 유효 표본으로 설정하여 자료 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 23.0 version을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이스포츠센터 선택속성의 중요도는 안전성 및 청결도, 강사자질, 수업품질, 상담, 접근성, 주차장, 센터크 기 및 인테리어, 프로모션 순으로 중요도가 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이스포츠센터 선택속성의 만족도는 강사자질, 수업품질, 상담, 접근성, 센터크기 및 인테리어, 안전성 및 청결도, 프로모션, 주차장 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도와 만족도 모두가 높은 IPA매트릭스Ⅰ사분면에는 안전성 및 청결도, 강사자질, 수업품질, 상담, 접근성이 위치하였다. Ⅱ사분면에 위치한 선택속성은 없는 것으로 나타났다. Ⅲ사분면에서는 주차장과 프로모션이 자리하였고 Ⅳ사분면에서는 센터크기 및 인테 리어가 위치하였다.
The Study of Importance and Satisfaction of Selection Attribute of Children Sports Center Using IPA Method
The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance and satisfaction about selection attributes of children sports centers using IPA method. In order to accomplish this study, total 460 questionnaires were distributed to parents of children sports center's members at two children sports centers using a convenient sampling method. Among them, 423 questionnaires were collected. 59 questionnaires were discarded because they were not applicable. There were 364 usable questionnaires. Data were analyzed with frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and corelation analysis using SPSS 23.0 version. First, the results revealed safety and cleanliness, instructor qualification, class quality, related talk, accessibility, parking lot, size of center and interior, and promotion in the order of importance. Second, the results indicated instructor qualification, class quality, related talk, accessibility, size of center and interior, safety and cleanliness, promotion, and parking lot in the order of satisfaction. Third, the results of IPA matrix indicated that the variables of quadrant I consisted of safety and cleanliness, instructor qualification, class quality, related talk, and accessibility. There were no variables in quadrant II. The variables of quadrant III were composed of parking lot and promotion. There existed size of center and interior in quadrant IV.
