노인체육지도자의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동의 관계
본 연구는 노인체육지도자의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 서울특별시, 경기도, 인천광역시, 충남 천안 지역의 노인체육센터와 스포츠센터 및 실버스포츠센터에서 근무하는 노인체육지도자 237명을 대상으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육지도자의 임파워먼트는 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인체육지도자의 임파워먼트는 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인체육지도자의 조직몰입은 조직시민행동의 스포츠 맨십을 제외한 모든 하위요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상기 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 노인체육지도자의 임파워먼트는 조직몰입과 조직시민행동을 향상 시켜주는 중요한 변인임을 확인 하였고, 조직구성원들의 임파워먼트를 증진시키는 것이 전반적인 조직의 유효성에 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 것을 실증적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
A Relation of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Empowerment of Elderly Sports Instructors
This study investigated 237 elderly sports instructors working in aged sports centers, sports centers, and silver sports centers located in Seoul Special City, Gyeonggi-do Province, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do in order to analyze a relation of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior with empowerment of elderly sports instructors. First of all, it found that the empowerment of elderly sports instructors had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Secondly, it showed that the empowerment significantly had a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, the organizational commitment of the elderly sports instructors significantly affected every sub-factor except for sportsmanship of the organizational citizenship behavior positively. Based on findings of the above study, it made certain that the empowerment of the elderly sports instructors was very important to improve the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. It also seemed to be greatly significant that it demonstrated the improvement of organization members’ empowerment had a positive effect on the overall effectiveness of an organization.
