생활스포츠지도사 현장실습 운영현황과 개선방안 : 비판적 담론분석의 관점
본 사례연구의 목적은 Fairclough의 비판적 담론분석에 근거하여 개정된 2급 생활스포츠지도사 현장실습의 운 영현황을 분석하고 운영상의 문제점을 파악하는데 있다. 또한 이를 근거로 보다 실효성 있는 생활스포츠지도사 현장실 습 프로그램으로 거듭나기 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 유목적 표집을 통해 3개의 기관, 12명의 연수원 관계자, 현장실습 지도자, 연수생을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 심층면담과 문헌분석을 통해 이루어졌으며, 자료분석은 설명 분석기법을 사용하였다. 연구의 신뢰성을 위해 삼각검증법, 동료 연구자 검증, 연구 참여자 확인 등의 검증과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과 현행 2급 생활스포츠지도사 자격증 취득 과정에 있어 현장실습의 목적과 취지는 분명하 지만, 현장실습기관 선정 및 매칭의 어려움, 가이드라인 부재, 선 시험 후 연수의 문제, 형식적인 실습내용과 기간 등의 여러 가지 문제점이 지적되었다. 이에 따라 2급 생활스포츠지도사 현장실습의 실효성과 전문성 신장을 위한 구체적인 개선방안으로는 온라인을 통한 실습기관 선정, 국민체육진흥공단의 가이드라인 제시, 양성과정 절차의 개정 등을 제시 하였다.
Current Status and Improvement of the Certified Sport Instructor Field Practicum : Perspectives from Critical Discourse Analysis
The purpose of this study was to examine the current status and improvement of certified sport instructor field practicum. The theoretical perspectives that guided this research was critical discourse analysis proposed by Fairclough. This study was a qualitative case study, which examined a purposefully selected twelve participants at three different institutions. Data collection was conducted through in–depth interviews and document analysis, and data analysis was conducted using explanation analysis techniques. In order to secure the credibility of the study, triangulation, peer researcher verification, confirmation of research participant were conducted. The results of this study showed that although the purpose of the practicum was clear, issues with selection and matching of institutions, absence of specific guideline, pre-test and post-training system, and formalities of contents and period of training program were pointed out. As an improvement, the selection of training institute through online, the introduction of guidelines of the KSPO, the evaluation after training, were derived.
