지역스포츠클럽 선택속성이 만족과 지속의도에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 스포츠클럽 시설환경, 프로그램운영, 만족, 지속의도의 관계를 규명하기 위한 목적이 있으며 스포츠클 럽에 참여하고 있는 회원들을 모집단으로 선정하여 총 272명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS Win Version 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 접근성, 안전성, 쾌적성, 전문성, 프로그램, 효율성, 만족, 지속의도에서 부분적으로 유의한 관계가 나타났 다. 시설환경요인인 안전성은 만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고 시설환경요인인 접근성과 프로그램운영요인인 전문성 과 효율성은 지속의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠클럽의 지속적인 발전과 국민스포츠 참여 를 도모하고 단기적인 계획이 아닌 중장기적인 계획으로 진행되어 정책과제가 효율적으로 추진 될 수 있도록 시설환경, 지도자, 프로그램 등에 관한 연구를 통해 효과요인을 도출하는 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
The Effect of Selection Property of Regional Sports Club on Satisfaction and Persistence Intension
This research aimed at investigating the relation among sports club facility environment, program operation, satisfaction, and persistence intention, and this research analyzed total 272 sports club members as the parent population. Statistical treatment of collected data was performed with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win Version 21.0, and the analysis result is as follows. Significant relation appeared partly in accessibility, safety, comfortability, professionalism, program, efficiency, satisfaction, and persistence intention. Safety, which is facility environment factor, affirmatively (+) influenced satisfaction, and accessibility, which is facility environment factor, professionalism and efficiency, which are program operation factors, affirmatively (+) influenced persistence intention. It is necessary to conduct researches to derive effect factors through investigation of facility environment, instructor, and program to promote continuous development of sports clubs and participation of people and efficiently perform the policy tasks through mid and long term plan, not a mere short term plan.
