스포츠피트니스 센터 변혁적 리더십이 직원의 조직몰입과 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향
이 연구는 변혁적 리더십이 스포츠 경영조직 직원의 조직몰입과 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검정하여 스포츠 피트니스 산업 발전에 기여하고자 실시하였다. 2017년 7월부터 8월까지 2개월 동안 서울시 및 경기지역 소재한 피트 니스 센터 직원을 대상으로 Bass와 Avolio(1992)가 개발 한 MLQ(Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) 등을 이 용하여 변혁적 리더십의 측정을 위한 제작된 설문지를 이용하여 387명의 유효표본이 표집 되었다. 자료의 분석방법은 Window SPSS/PC 22.0 program package를 이용하여 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), 요인분석(EFA), 상관관계 분석(Pearson Correlation Coefficient), 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis) 등을 실시하였다. 변혁적 리더십의 카리스마, 동기부여, 지적자극 등의 요인 보다는 개별적 배려 요인이 직원의 조직몰입과 직무만족에 많은 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 피트니스 센터의 리더십 활성화를 위해서는 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려 요인을 우선적으로 개발하고 실천하여야 할 필요성이 제기된다.
The Effects of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of Employee
This study was conducted to contribute to the development of sports fitness industry by examining the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction of sports management organization employees. A questionnaire designed to measure transformational leadership using MLQ (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) developed by Bass and Avolio (1992) for fitness center staff in Seoul and Gyeonggi area for two months from July to August 2017 And 387 valid samples were collected. Data analysis methods deployed included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Cronbach’s internal consistency, and multiple regression analysis with Window SPSS/PC 22.0 program package (p<.01). The main findings of this study were as follows: It is suggested that individual care factors have a significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction rather than charisma, motivation, and intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop and practice individual consideration factors among transformational leadership in order to activate leadership of fitness center.
