초등학교 스포츠강사의 지각된 직업의식이 역할갈등 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향
이 연구는 초등학교 스포츠강사의 지각된 직업의식이 역할갈등 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하 는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 서울, 경기도, 강원도 등에 소재하고 있는 초등학교의 스포츠강사들 327명을 편의표본 추출법으로 표집하였다. 그리고 자료는 컴퓨터에 개별 입력(coding)시키고, Window용 SPSS & AMOS 18.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하여 검증하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초등학교 스포츠강사의 지 각된 직업의식이 역할갈등에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 부적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 스포츠강사의 지각된 직업의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 초등학교 스포츠강사의 지각된 역할갈등이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 부적인 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다.
The Influence of Occupational Consciousness on Role-Conflict and Job Satisfaction of Elementary School Sports Instructor Perceived
The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of influence of occupational consciousness on role-conflict and job satisfaction of elementary school sports instructor perceived. This study sampled 327 sports instructors of elementary schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Gangwon-do with the convenience sampling method. The data were verified by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and standard multiple regression analysis using SPSS & AMOS 18.0 Version Statistical Program for Windows after being input into the computer (coding). The following conclusions were obtained through the above research methods and procedures. First, the effects of perceived occupational consciousness of sports instructors on their role-conflict were found to be significant. Second, the effects of perceived occupational consciousness of sports instructors on their job satisfaction were found to be significant. Therefore, the effects of perceived role-conflict of sports instructors on their job satisfaction were found to be significant.
