상업 스포츠 센터 지도자의 리더십성향과 참여 만족에 대한 체계적 분석
본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 통해 제시된 스포츠센터 지도자의 리더십성향이 참여자 만족에 미치는 영향에 대 한 체계적 분석에 있다. 본 연구를 위해 스포츠센터 지도자의 리더십 분석과 연관한 선행 연구들에서 도출된 하위 요인 들이 스포츠센터 참여자 만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 메타분석을 실시하여 효과 크기 값을 산출 하였다. 사전 제시된 선 별 절차를 통해 연관 선행 연구들은 검색·최종 선택 되었으며, 개별 연구에서 제시된 상관관계 분석 및 연관 통계 결과 들을 코드화 하여 최종 분석에 활용 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최종 메타분석을 위해 선별된 연관 연구들 간의 출판 편향은 존재 하지 않았으며, 데이터의 이질성 수준이 높은 것으로 평가되었으며, 결과 치는 랜덤 모형을 활용하여 135개변인간 상관성에 대한 효과 크기 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 스포츠센터 지도자 리더십 전체요인 과 하위요인별 만족 효과 크기를 보았으며, 스포츠센터 지도자 리더십 전체 요인이 참여 만족에 미치는 효과 크기(95% CI [0.25, 0.36] ES=.310)는 보통이상 수준인 것으로 분석 되었다. 셋째, 스포츠 지도자 행동 검사지 (LSS-Leadership Scale for Sports)에 기술된 하위 요인이 참여 만족에 대한 효과 크기는 긍정형, 훈련형, 그리고 민 주형은 높은 수준으로, 사회형은 중간 수준의 효과 크기를 나타내고 있다. 마지막으로, 권위형의 효과 크기는 부정(-) 의 관계로 낮은 수준을 나타내고 있다.
A Systematic Analysis on the Effect of Leadership of Sports Center Leader on Participation Satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to systematically investigate the influence of leadership behavior for instructors at commercial sport centers in Korea. To satisfy the fundamental purpose, meta-analytic method was utilized to estimate the effect sizes for the relationships between the sub-factors of leadership behavior and satisfaction of customers. Relevant studies were selected for the analyses in accordance with the selection guideline while considering the availability of statistical information and theoretical relevancy. First, the results indicated that no publication bias among the selected studies was detected and a total of 135 effect sizes were estimated by using the random effect-size model. Secondly, the overall leadership behavior of instructors had positive and moderate level of effect size (95% CI [0.25, 0.36] ES = .310). Thirdly, the effect sizes for the sub-factors of positive relation, democratic, and training and instruction indicated positive were ranged from moderate to high. Lastly, the sub-factor of authority indicated small and negative effect size level.
