생활체육 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족과의 관계
본 연구는 생활체육 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족과의 관계가 서로에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명 하는데 있다. 특히 개인적 특성과 가족, 친구와의 관계가 어떠한 스트레스를 주는지 환경적특성의 영향력을 분석하 는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 따라 생활체육에 종사하는 이들은 항상 심리적 긴장과 불안의 연속이 이어지고 있으며 이로 인한 직무스트레스는 효율적인 업무수행에 부정적인 영향을 미치며 이런 부적응 상태가 지속되면 생활체육인 의 업무수행 능력은 물론 이 조직 자체에도 바람직하지 못한 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 즉, 생활체육 종사자의 개인의 신체적, 정신적 건강은 물론 생활체육 업무수행 목적에 따른 직무만족을 이루기 위해서는 생활체육 수행업무에 종사 하는 직무스트레스 연구는 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 및 경기지역에 소재한 생활체 육 종사자 361명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하 여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 생활체육 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 두 변인간의 관계를 분석함으로서 새로운 전문직종으로 자리잡고 있는 생활체육종사 자들에게 자료를 제공하는데 기여하고자 한다.
The Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of employees in Daily Sports
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of employees in daily sports. In order to achieve this purpose, the instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which consisted of questions regarding job stress and job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 361 physical education students of four-year-course universities located in seoul and Gyeonggi in order to achieve the research purpose. For the collected survey data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done using SPSS program. Analyzed research result is as follows. First, career decision-making self-efficacy has a positive influence on career preparation behavior. Second, social support by family, friends, and professors has a positive influence on career preparation behavior. Third, social support by family, friends, and professors plays a positive parameter role in relationships between career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior.
