예･체능계열 전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십과 자아존중감 및 진로준비행동간의 관계
본 연구는 예･체능계열 전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십과 자아존중감 및 진로준비행동간의 관계를 규명하는데 목 적이 있다. 현재 경기도에 소재하고 있는 2017년 경기도 지역의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 예･체능계열 전공 대학생을 모집단으로 비확률표본추출법인 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 설문한 자료 298부를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다. 첫째, 예･체능계열 대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 셀프리더십에는 전체적으로 차이가 나타났고, 진로준비행동 에 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십 하위변인 건설적 사고전략을 제외한 모든 하위변인에서 긍정적 자아 존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 부정적 자아존중감에는 행동지향전략 변인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 셀프리더십의 하위변인, 행동지향전략과 자연적 보상전략은 정보수집행동과 도구준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 목표달성행동에서도 행동지향전략과 건설적 사고전략은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 넷째, 자아존중감의 하위변인 긍정적 자아존중감과 부정적 자아존중감은 진로준비행동의 모든 하위변인 정보수집 행동, 도구준비행동, 목표달성행동에 전체적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대학생들에 게 학문적인 목표의 교육만이 아니라 자긍심, 존재감을 가지도록 하고, 진로준비에 필요한 정보수집, 의지를 키우는 인 성교육, 타전공 학생들과 차별화된 능력개발 교육을 위한 자료를 제공이 필요한 시점에 취업진로에 대한 준비방안의 기 초자료를 제공했다는 것에 학문적인 의의가 있다.
The Relationships among Self-Leadership, Self-Esteem, and Career Preparation Behavior of College Students in Art, Music, and Physical Education
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-leadership, self-esteem and career preparation behaviors of college students majoring in arts and physical education. The analysis of 298 copies of the questionnaire data using the non-random sampling method, which is a sample population of college students in the Department of Arts and Physical Education, currently in Gyeonggido in 2017, is analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn. First, there were overall differences in self-leadership according to the general characteristics of college students in the department of arts and crafts, and there was a partial difference in career preparation behavior. Second, all sub-variables except self-leadership sub-variables constructive thinking strategy were found to affect positive self-esteem, and negative self- esteem was influenced by behavior-oriented strategy variables. Third, sub-variables of self-leadership, behavior-oriented strategy and natural compensation strategy have significant effects on information gathering behavior and instrument preparation behavior. Also, in goal-achievement behavior, behavior-oriented strategy and constructive thinking strategy have a significant influence Respectively. Fourth, positive self-esteem and negative self-esteem, which are sub-variables of self-esteem, have a significant effect on all sub-variables of information gathering behavior, tool preparation behavior and goal attainment behavior. The purpose of this study is not only education of academic goals but also self-esteem and presence to college students. In addition, there is an academic significance in providing basic data for preparation for career path when it is necessary to collect information necessary for career preparation, personality education to raise will, and ability development education differentiated from other major students.
