해양레저스포츠 체험 교실 참여자들의 안전의식과 안전문화형성 및 체험 만족간의 구조적 관계
본 연구는 해양레저스포츠 체험 교실 참여자들의 안전의식과 안전문화 형성, 그리고 체험 만족 간의 구조적 관계 를 분석하기 위하여 연구 모델을 설정하고 이를 규명하는데 있다. 그 결과 첫째, 해양레저스포츠 체험 교실 참여자들의 안전의식은 체험 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 안전의식은 안전문화 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 마지막으로, 안전문화 형성은 체험 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 해양레저스포츠 체험 교실을 운영하는 관계 기관은 물론, 초, 중, 고등학교에서도 심폐소생술 교육 및 실습, 매듭법, 해양 기초 등 안전교육을 포함한 다양한 방법을 접목시킨 교육이 필요할 것이다. 이러한 교육은 안전한 해양레저스포츠 활동으로 이어져 참여만족은 물 론 안전에 대한 인식과 문화가 높게 형성 될 것으로 사료된다.
Structural Relationship between Safety Consciousness, Safety Culture Formation and Experience Satisfaction of Participants in the Marine Leisure Sports Experience Classroom
The purpose of this study is to establish a research model to analyze the structural relationship between safety consciousness, safety culture formation, and experience satisfaction of participants in the marine leisure sports experience classroom. First, safety consciousness of participants in the marine leisure sports classroom affected the satisfaction of experience. Second, safety consciousness influenced safety culture formation. Finally, the formation of safety culture was found to affect the satisfaction of experience. Therefore, education that combines various methods including safety education such as CPR training, exercises, knotting, marine fundamentals will be necessary in elementary, junior high and high school as well as the related organizations that run the marine leisure sports experience class. Such education will lead to safe marine leisure sports activities, and it will be expected to form a high awareness and culture of safety as well as participation satisfaction.
