신체활동을 연계한 보건소 금연클리닉이 대학생의 금연 성공에 미치는 영향
이 연구는 신체활동을 연계한 보건소 금연 클리닉이 대학생의 금연 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있 다. 연구의 대상은 Y시 M대학교 교내 대학생 총 35명으로 신체활동 연계 금연클리닉 프로그램 참여자 20명, 비 참여자 15명으로 연구대상자를 구성하였다. 흡연실태조사 설문지와 참가자 인터뷰를 SPSS. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계(descriptive statistics), 빈도분석(analysis of frequency), 교차분석(Crosstabs), 독립 t-검증(Independent t-test)을 실시하였으며, 모든 유의 수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보건소 금연클리닉만 이용한 그룹보다 신체활동과 연계한 금연클리닉을 이용한 그룹의 금연 성공률이 향상 되었다. 둘째, 금연지지자는 금연 여부에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 금연 실패와 성공의 원인으로 본인 의지가 가장 높게 나타났으며 신체활동이 본인 의지 향 상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 첫 흡연 연령, 니코틴 의존도, 개인의 건강을 고려에서 금연 성공 여부에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다.
The Effect of Smoking Cessation Clinic in Physical Health Center on the Success of Smoking Cessation in College Students
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of physical activity clinic on smoking cessation success of college students. The subjects of this study were 35 college students of M university in YS city, and 20 participants and 15 non - participants were included in the study. Questionnaire for smoking status questionnaire and interview with participants. Descriptive statistics, frequency of analysis, crosstabs, and independent t-test were used in the 18.0 program. All significance levels were set to .05 . The results of the study were as follows: First, the smoking cessation rate of the group using the smoking cessation clinic linked with physical activity was improved than the group using only the smoking cessation clinic in the public health center. Second, supporters of smoking cessation did not affect smoking cessation significantly. Third, smoking cessation was the most likely cause of failure and success, and physical activity had a positive effect on the improvement of self – will. Fourth, smoking cessation was significantly different in the first smoking age, nicotine dependence, and personal health.
