시립예술단의 사회공헌활동(CSR)에 대한 인식과 예술단 평가 간의 관계에서 예술단 이미지의 매개효과
본 연구는 시립예술단의 사회공헌활동 인식과 예술단의 평판 간의 관계에서 예술단 이미지의 매개효과를 분석함 으로써 시립 예술단에 대한 신뢰와 긍정적 태도를 바탕으로 지역 주민과의 소통과 공감을 향상시키고 지역공연예술의 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 조사는 K, D시 시립예술단의 공연 중“찾아가는 예술단”등을 관람한 관객 293명을 대상으로 하였다. 시립예술단의 사회공헌활동 인식과 평판의 관계에서 예술단 이 미지(전문이미지, 신뢰이미지, 공헌 이미지)의 매개효과를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회공헌활동의 인식과 시립예 술단 평판 간에 예술단 전문이미지, 신뢰이 미지, 그리고 공헌이미지가 부분매개 역할을 하였다. 결론적으로 시립공연예 술단의 사회공헌활동은 관객들에게 이성적으로는 예술단에 대한 긍정적 태도와 감성적으로는 지속적인 신뢰감, 그리고 도덕적으로는 강한 책임감을 갖고 있는 조직으로 느끼게 하여 예술단 평판에 주요 요소로 작용하는 것으로 판단된다.
The Relationship between Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility Activity of City Arts Troupe and Reputation of Arts Troupe : The Mediating Effect of Arts Troupe's Image
The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of arts troupe’s image on the relationship between perception of corporate social responsibility activity of city arts troupe and reputation of arts troupe. Therefore, based on the trust and positive attitude of the arts troupe, it was aimed to improve communication and sympathy with local residents and to provide materials that can contribute to the revitalization of local performing arts. The survey subjects were 293 people who watched outdoor performances such as “visiting troupe” among performances of K and D city troupes. The results of analyzing the mediating effect of arts troupe’ image(professional image, trust image, and contribution image) are as follows. In the relationship between perception of corporate social responsibility activity and reputation of local performing arts troupe, professional image, trust image and contribution image showed significant partial mediation effect. In conclusion, The corporate social responsibility activity of city arts troupe make the audience feel rationally as a positive attitude toward the troupe, an emotionally sustainable sense of trust, and moral responsibility.
