대학생들의 축구동아리 활동이 신체적 자기효능감과 대학생활만족에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 대학생들의 축구동아리 활동이 신체적 자기효능감과 대학생활만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위해 G도 K대학에 재학 중인 대학생 567명을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 대학생들의 축구동아 리 참여 여부에 따른 신체적 자기효능감과 대학생활만족 차이에서는 인지된 신체능력, 신체적 자기표현 자신감, 교우관 계, 모교만족에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 대학생들의 축구동아리 참여와 신체적 자기효능감과 대학생활 만족에 상관관계 및 영향을 알아본 결과 인지된 신체능력과 신체적 자기표현자신감, 신체적 자기표현 자신감과 수업만 족을 제외한 모든 요인에서 정(+)적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 인지된 신체능력은 교우관계, 수업만족, 모교 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 신체적 자기표현 자신감은 교우관계, 모교만족에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다.
The Influence of Soccer Club Activities by University Students on their Physical Self-efficacy and University Life Satisfaction
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of university students’ soccer club activities on their physical self-efficacy and university life satisfaction. This study drew the following results through the above research methods and procedures. according to the difference between physical self-efficacy and university life satisfaction depending on university students’ participation in the soccer club, there was a statistically significant difference in perceived physical ability, physical self-expression confidence, friendship, and school satisfaction. the analysis of the correlation and influence of university students’ participation in the soccer club on their physical self-efficacy and university life satisfaction demonstrated that there were positive correlations in all factors except perceived physical ability and physical self-expression confidence, physical self-expression confidence, and class satisfaction. Perceived physical ability had an influence on friendship, class satisfaction, and school satisfaction, and physical self-expression confidence had an influence on friendship, school satisfaction.
