This study designed to analysis on the dance concert hall of IPA in spectators of dance performance. The spectators were selected by systematic stratifies cluster random sampling method. They are composed 300 spectators who had been participating in dance concert hall. The Questionnaire was given to 280 members of spectators from September 2016 to October 2016. We exclude 20 unreliable questionnaires which were incomplete, incorrectly marked or double marked, and used 280 questionnaires for the study. The data processing was done through validity analysis, reliability analysis of questionnaires and analysis on the importance and satisfaction of 4Cs in dance concert hall by using SPSS WIN ver 22.0. The conclusion of this research was as follows: First, Importance and satisfaction had appeared high on wholesome leisure use, stress solution, theater lighting facilities, theater accessibility and indoor environment relevance. Second, High importance and low satisfaction had appeared moving line, ticket cost, food and beverage price, discount benefit and souvenir price. Third, Importance and satisfaction had appeared low on pamphlet price and dancer casting. Fourth, Low importance and high satisfaction had appeared wild personal relations, composition of work, self-accomplishment, theater sign board, superiority of art creativity, work promotion and information system, famous director work, reputation of mass media and reputation of on-line.
