공공여가시설의 서비스 공정성이 여가만족도 및 기관 신뢰에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 공공여가시설의 이용자를 대상으로 서비스 공정성이 만족도 및 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검 증하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 분석을 통하여 여가서비스 제공시 발생되는 문제나 상황을 해결하기 위한 다양한 방안 모색과 효율적인 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 따라서 경기도 내 교육시설, 체육시설, 공연시설 등 복합 시설로 구성되어 있는 공공여가시설 이용자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다, 회수된 500명의 자료 중 무성의하게 응 답한 45명의 자료를 제외한 455명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으 며, 연구대상자 특성, 조사도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증, 서비스 공정성, 만족도, 신뢰 간의 관계 및 영향력을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석과 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 공공여 가시설의 서비스 공정성 3개 하위 모두 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 분배공정성, 상호 작용공정성, 절차공정성 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공공여가시설 만족도가 신뢰에 통계적으로 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공공여가시설의 서비스 공정성 3개 하위 모두 신뢰에 통계적으로 유의한 영향 이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 절차공정성, 사호작용공정성, 분배공정성 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The Effect of Service Justice of Public Leisure Facility on Leisure Satisfaction and organization Trust
The purpose of the present paper was to offer the effect of service justice of public leisure facility on satisfaction and trust. The 500 participants of public leisure facility were chosen from located in Gyeonggi-do. 455 questionnaires were analyzed of 500 questionnaires distributed and collected and 45 were excluded from the study because they judged by lack of reliable data. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis of SPSS 20.0 were performed. The research results of this study indicate that First, service justice of public leisure facility had a significant influence on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction of public leisure facility had a significant influence on trust. Third, service justice of public leisure facility had a significant influence on trust.
