골프 참여자의 지속적 참여행동에 관한 연구 : 계획행동이론과 휴리스틱 의사결정 이론을 중심으로
본 연구는 골프 참여자의 지속적인 참여 행동에 영향을 미치는 계획행동이론과 휴리스틱 의사결정 이론의 요인들 이 행동의도와 실제 행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 골프 라운드 경험이 있는 성인 골프 참여자 250명을 대상으로 온라인 전문 조사기관을 통해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 빈도 분석, 확인적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모 형을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 계획행동이론의 태도와 주관적 규범이 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘 째, 휴리스틱 의사결정 이론이 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 행동의도가 실제 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤 다. 따라서 본 연구는 계획행동이론과 휴리스틱 의사결정을 고려한 마케팅 전략이 골프 참여자의 지속적인 참여와 산업의 지속 가능한 성장에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.
A Study on the Continuous Participation Behavior of Golf Participants : Focusing on the Theory of Planned Behavior and Heuristic Decision-Making Theory
This study aims to investigate how the factors of the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Heuristic Decision-Making Theory, which influence the continuous participation behavior of golf participants, affect behavioral intention and actual behavior. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted through an online professional research agency with 250 adult golf participants who have experience in golf rounds. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of the study are as follows: First, the attitude and subjective norm of the Theory of Planned Behavior had a positive effect on behavioral intention. Second, the Heuristic Decision-Making Theory had a positive effect on behavioral intention. Third, behavioral intention had a positive effect on actual behavior. Therefore, this study suggests that marketing strategies considering the Theory of Planned Behavior and heuristic decision-making can contribute to the continuous participation of golf participants and the sustainable growth of the industry.
